Being the Print Production Manager at sweetgreen and leading the print department, I was approached to be a part of Project Saffron - aka us going public. The founders wanted this to be a special day so we collaborated on shirts will Allbirds that had all of our farmers listed on the back. We made over 7,000 shirts to send to about 200 stores on listing day. Happy to say every store got their shipment in time to celebrate!
When the team was working on the listing day setup, they knew they had to consult me for choosing the correct
green colors for the banner outside the NYSE. We looked at many different greens to get it the right color fabric!

Naomi Osaka was the first athlete ambassador and youngest investor for sweetgreen so we wanted to give her fans something to have from her!
When the partnership started, Naomi had this iconic hat on that was made for this shoot. This was a 1 of a kind item but our team wanted to leverage this as an opportunity for marketing. The ask was to replicate the chain-stitched embroidered bucket hat for 15 lucky winners. The hat would also include Naomi's signature!
Our team got to work and made these cute bucket hats! This was during the bucket hat craze summer of 2021 when bucket hats were selling out of stock instantly. We were able to navigate supply chain shortages and got this ready in time.

Over the years working for sweetgreen, I have produced quite a few t-shirt projects. From small quantities of 25 to large quantities of 7,000 with facilitating distribution to hundreds of locations.

For our spring launch, sweetgreen wanted to get people excited about eating kelp in our coloration bowl with David Chang. These items were created for a private event launch party and sent across the country to hundreds of influencers. Sustainability was top of mind for this project!
-Box is made of 50% recycled content,
SFI certified, 100% recyclable
-Notecards are 100% recycled materials.
-Packing material is old shredded newspapers from past seasons that were unused in our warehouse.

Working closely with our New Restaurant Opening team, when a new market launches we typically create custom branded apparel for that area. We collaborated with Will Bryant to create the artwork and our team produced the bags. Our internal team designed + produced a card that included all of the participating giveaway items from local businesses.
